- ➤ The Athens Artist Project is working to bring art and music to more residents in Athens by offering creative experiences to those who might not otherwise have access. The local charity helps spread the joy of culture in our community. The Athens Messenger
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ An eight-week Creative Aging art series starts this week at Coolville and Nelsonville library branches for adults 55 and older. The free classes (fully funded by the Ohio Arts Council) offer hands-on instruction in art techniques and end with a public exhibition in February. WOUB Public Media
