- ➤ The Ohio University Marching Band is raising funds to build a new practice facility that will expand rehearsal space and help the band reach new heights in Athens (it is known as the most exciting band in the land). The Athens Messenger

- ➤ Ohio's Bobcats teamed with the Marching 110 in a sold-out Friday game featuring special jerseys — they swept Pittsburgh with 5-2 and 4-2 wins and will face Stony Brook University on Jan. 30 at Bird Arena. The Post
