- ➤ Families in Athens can learn kitchen chemistry with PBS Kids Ruff Ruffman at free sessions hosted by the WOUB Learning Lab and Jefferson Market Place Culinary Studio at 101 East Union St on April 23 and April 30 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Children in kindergarten through third grade will decorate aprons, receive PBS resources, and use simple kitchen tools with adult help—experiencing hands-on learning in the kitchen.
