- ➤ A study by Prof. Graciela Muniz-Terrera (Ohio University) found that Americans nearing retirement show less planned work transitions compared to Europeans with fixed retirement ages. - ➤ Student renters and landlords in Athens have until May 31 to complete surveys on rental code practices. So far, 430 student responses and 30% of landlords have been recorded (goal is 1,000 responses), while officials consider shared housing options and plan updates on The Ridges project to boost rental safety.
