- ➤ Ohio University’s College of Business started the Leadership Launchpad program to help first- and second-year students learn leadership skills and earn a digital LinkedIn credential and challenge coin. More than 90 students joined in its first semester and 40 finished in spring while plans to launch the Leadership Accelerator for upperclassmen in Fall 2025 promise more training—preparing students for future work.
